Breakfast Smoothie

Lately it’s been incredibly hot and humid around here.

To battle it I came up with my own special refreshing breakfast smoothie, with some of my favourite fruits.
Gotta love summer and its fruits right?!

Banana, berries, mango and yoghurt breakfast smoothie


So for a 1/2 Liter glass you’ll need:

  • 1 banana sliced and left in the freezer for about an hour.
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 mango chilled
  • 2 tbsp natural fat free yoghurt 
  • 1 tbsp almond powder
  • a sip of lemon water

Mix it all in a blender, pour in your glass of choice, and enjoy with a book or newspaper before getting started with your daily things.
